Lindfield Rugby Football Club (est. 1922) is an amateur Rugby Union club, currently fielding 5 Senior Grades and an Under 21 Colts Grade in the 2nd Division of the New South Wales Suburban Rugby Union Competition. The NSW Suburban Rugby Union is the body responsible for managing and administering the second tier of open age rugby (18 years and upward) in Sydney. The NSWSRU, recognised as the largest Rugby Union in the southern hemisphere, is an affiliate of the NSW Rugby Union and the Australian Rugby Union. It is composed of 60 rugby clubs in Sydney with approximately 5,500 players across 6 divisions. We are located in the northern suburbs of Sydney, nine train stations north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge on the North Shore Line (see the MAP for further details). The NSWSRU season runs from late March to early September.
