This Saturday the mighty Lindfield Rugby Club are heading down south to take on 2nd Div heavyweights Oatley in what promises to be an entertaining day.

It feels like forever since we last got on the field after last weeks wash-out, so we should be nice and fresh to take on Oatley. Fitness and speed will be the key to victories this weekend, and we have both in abundance amongst the Old Soldiers so lets make sure we use it to our advantage. Looking forward to seeing some champagne rugby across the grades…

Lindfield Rugby Club Ladies Day 2013

Posted on: April 15th, 2013 by president No Comments

The BIGGEST day in the Lindfield Rugby Club calendar year is back and it’s going to be EPIC!!!

It’s no secret that Lindfield Rugby Club put on the best Ladies Day in Subbies’ Rugby, this year we have even had opposition clubs submit interest in playing us on our day of days, and this year that lucky unlucky club is BOBS!

So what is it that makes Lindfield Rugby Club’s Ladies Day so amazing???

Is it the never ending flow of champagne served up to the ladies by our very own topless waiters?

Is it the only girls vs girls boat race in the world?

Is it the fact that ladies’ are entertained by the finest champagne rugby on the north shore?

Or is it the EPIC after party which takes place in the Club House every year as the sun sets on Soldiers Memorial Oval?

Clearly all of the above reasons are what makes Ladies’ Day so amazing, and this year new club sponsors Minskys / Hotel Cremorne will be providing us with a bus to their wonderful establishment for our after-after-party.

$30 buy-in for the Ladies’ will entitle them to unlimited champagne, finger foods and canapes, topless waiters and other goodies, so make sure you come along and get involved. We promise you’ll have a memorable day/night and the headache to prove it on the Sunday morning.

To the Lindfield fellas, once again whoever brings the most ladies along wins an esky full of the beer of their choice…

Looking forward to seeing all of you there!

2013 REGISTRATION FEES & A LESSON LEARNED

Posted on: March 28th, 2013 by president No Comments

Righto lads, the 2013 season kicks off officially next weekend and there’s still a bunch of you out there who are yet to pay their registration fees. To avoid the embarrassment of being named and shamed please pay today.

Just to put things in perspective for you, if you take the field and get injured without paying your rego fees, basically you’re not insured. Therefore any medical bills that arise from your injury will come out of your own pocket. So if you haven’t got a lazy $20k laying around for a shoulder operation you’d be silly not to pay your fees. On top of this, you won’t receive your gear for the year if fees aren’t paid.

Rant over, follow the below link to pay today…
