Important message for all 2012 Lindfield Rugby players…

If you haven’t yet received an sms from the Club it means that the Club either has your wrong details or no details. We need all players to urgently email your current details to info@lindfieldrugbyclub.com. We require name, mobile number and email address.

If you have received an SMS, it is really importrant that you do respond, as we rely on these feeds for putting together teams for the trial matches. If we don’t know who is available, some trials may need to be CANCELLED.

Training Tonight – Thursday 1st March

That poor excuse for a summer is finally over, and that means we’re even closer to the Rugby Season!!!

Training has been moved tonight to Willoughby Leisure Centre (the outdoor netball courts), Small St, Willoughby. Kick-off is 6:30pm and if we’re all there on time, we’ll be done by 7:30.

We had an outstanding turnout last Thursday night, so make sure you get down there tonight and be a part of the OLD SOLDIER 2012!!!

Training is on tonight for all 2012 Lindfield players!

Just a few weeks until our opening trial game of the year vs Nelson Bay so make sure you get on down to training tonight and stake your claim for a position in one of the teams. Soldiers Memorial Oval, Tryon Rd, Lindfield tonight for a 6:30PM kick-off.

The sessions are getting bigger and better with plenty of familar faces running around, and plenty of new ones too looking to be a part of the OLD SOLDIER 2012!!!

Lindfield Rugby joins with StreetWork

StreetWork is a charity helping young people aged between 11 and 18 who are “at risk”. Their aim is to break the sad cycle of crime, violence, destructive family relationships, rejection and isolation, learning difficulties, poor employment opportunities and substance abuse.

Lindfield Rugby will be working with StreetWork to raise awareness and alleviate a problem that is all but invisible on Sydney’s North Shore.

Crescent Heads 7’s

Cresent Head 7’s is this coming weekend, 17th and 18th February, and we’re looking for anyone who wants to get involved.

We’ll be road tripping it up together and staying in a waterski park just outside of Kepsey (accomodtion $50 a head).

It’s sure to be a great weekend of running rugby with plenty of free time, so if you’re keen to get a game please contact Rory on 0402775572 or rory@orderin.com.au
